Not quite, but we’re going to give it our best shot. Whether you set off solo or team up with a new friend from the group, the day is yours to explore at your own pace. For those who’d like a little extra structure, your tour manager will always have an optional group activity planned—something fun, unique, and designed to add even more flavor to your experience. At Sober Gay Adventures, fellowship and accountability are always part of the journey, so you’ll never have to be alone unless that’s what you want. After a full day of wandering, it’s time to loosen those waistbands and dive fork-first into Rome’s flavors. Just like in Rome, we’ll tackle Florence’s biggest highlights in a single unforgettable day. The adventure kicks off with a skip-the-line tour of the Accademia Gallery, where Michelangelo’s David steals the show. This jaw-dropping statue is reason enough to visit Florence, and our guide will share the fascinating stories behind it—as well as the other incredible works that surround it. From there, we’ll hit the streets for a walk through the city’s must-sees before breaking for lunch. Your tour manager knows just the place—a panini shop in the heart of the art district. After fueling up, you’ll have time to wander and soak in the creativity of local artists before regrouping for our journey into the world-famous Uffizi Galleries. Prepare to stand face-to-face with masterpieces that have inspired the very local artists that you just experienced. Later, after a well-earned rest, we’ll head to Sabatino, a true Florentine gem that’s been dishing up authentic Italian meals since 1956. Today, you and your fellow travelers set off on a true Tuscan adventure. Our journey begins with a ride through the rolling countryside before arriving at our first stop—Pisa. Here, you’ll stand before the world’s most iconic architectural “oops”—aka the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Snap those playful photos, tilt a little yourself, and take in the wonder of this world-famous landmark. From there, the adventure continues to San Gimignano, a storybook hilltop town straight out of a Renaissance painting. As we wind through its medieval towers and cobbled streets, you’ll be treated to sweeping views of the Tuscan fields. This charming stop gives us time to shop the many boutiques, sit down for a delicious group lunch (location TBD), and indulge in gelato from the award-winning Gelateria Dondoli. Their saffron and pine nut flavor is legendary—and absolutely worth the taste test. Our final destination is Siena, a city that feels like stepping back in time. It’s time to pack your bags and set out for our final adventure—Venice awaits! Our drivers will whisk us from the hotel to the train station, where we’ll board business class seats on the sleek Italo express train. In just a couple of hours, we’ll glide into Venice, trading rails for waves as water taxis carry us across the canals to our final stay at the final hotel. Watching the city rise out of the water is a moment you’ll never forget. After settling in, appetites will be calling. We’ll regroup in the lobby and set off for a memorable dinner along the Grand Canal (location TBD), where the views are as delicious as the food. But the evening doesn’t end there. Together, we’ll wander through Venice by night, when the crowds fade, the lights shimmer on the water, and the city feels almost like a dream. Day 8

After breakfast, we’ll gather in the hotel lobby and set off by water taxi to our first stop of the day: the magnificent St. Mark’s Basilica. Here, we’ll meet our guide who will lead us through this world-famous landmark, bringing to life the history and artistry of its golden mosaics and stunning architecture. From there, we’ll switch from land to water for one of the most iconic experiences in Italy—a gondola ride through the canals of Venice. Seeing the city from the water is nothing short of magical, and the beauty of Venice takes on an entirely new perspective as you glide under bridges and past centuries-old palaces. Once our ride concludes, we’ll pause for a leisurely lunch before continuing on to the Doge’s Palace. With every step, you’ll move deeper into a place where art, power, and history collide. From its grand halls to its intricate chambers, each room feels more breathtaking than the last, making it easy to see why this palace has captured imaginations for centuries. When our tour has concluded you will have time to head back to the hotel before our grand finale dinner. Due to people coming from all around the world we cannot provide airfare.

While we don't provide transportation to or from the airport, we are more the willing to arrange pick-up at no extra cost.

We do not provide travel insurance or health insurance. While the company is insured personal insurance is not.

Travel Insurance

There are a few days and nights where you will be free to explore the city. Those not listed in the itinerary are at cost for you.
